Job adaptation and rehabilitation is often the most complicated service in occupational health care. Wallberghälsan helps companies and their employees in the greater Stockholm area to navigate this complicated rehab process. All those involved often have different agendas and opinions; employers, employees, försäkringskassan, trade unions, employment services, occupational physicians and other health care specialists. It is Wallberghälsans role to give both medical expertise and opinion while ensuring that this process goes as smoothly as possible.

Wallberghälsan provides:

• Ability to work examination and opinion
• Vocational rehabilitation
• Organizational assistance including leadership support, advice on handling conflict, change management and reintegration.
• Crisis support.
• Addiction Rehabilitation (alcohol, drugs, drugs, gambling, etc.)

Rehabilitation costs

The employer can apply for grants for the purchase of rehabilitation services from försäkringskassan.  This payment goes directly to the employer and can cover half the cost of the activities carried out, the maximum is 7000kr per employee. The rehabilitation must be carried out by an approved occupational health provider (Wallberghälsan).
